Television actress Hina Khan recently experienced a heartfelt moment when veteran actor Dharmendra reached out to her via a video call to offer his blessings and support as she battles stage 3 breast cancer. 
Hina shared a screenshot of their conversation on her Instagram Stories, expressing her admiration for Dharmendra. She captioned the image: "When the OG superman of India appreciates your strength and journey and gives you his warmest blessings. Thank you for video calling Dharam uncle. I am coming to see you soon. And love you so so much." 
In June 2024, Hina was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Since then, she has been candidly sharing updates about her treatment and recovery on social media. Her resilience and positive outlook have been an inspiration to many. 
On the professional front, Hina was last seen in the 2024 web series "Namacool," portraying the character Rubiya. She is set to appear in the upcoming web series "Seven One" as Radhika Shroff.
