Raj Kundra Breaks Silence After 3 Years, Denies Involvement in Pornography Production

After three years, businessman Raj Kundra has broken his quiet in response to the grave accusations directed on him since 2021. Claimed to have participated in the creation and dissemination of pornography, Kundra has angrily refuted the allegations by providing an extensive defence of his part in the matter in an ANI interview.

Kundra, who was arrested in 2021 in relation to a claimed pornography racket, said his role was misconstrued and overstated. He added that although he had given a company run by his brother-in-law, based in the UK, technological services, he had not participated in the production or distribution of adult material. Although Kenrin, the company in issue ran an app with adult-oriented content, Kundra insisted that it was not pornography.

"I never have participated in any pornography production. My contribution was restricted to technology services; there is no proof linking me to these accusations, he claimed. Kundra went further to refute the charges, pointing out anyone with proof or having collaborated with him on such projects. He argued that no actor or anybody engaged in the material had ever testified tying him to any illicit activity.

For Kundra, the time after his arrest was a very emotional and demanding one. He spent 63 days in custody, a time he called emotionally taxing. Although the distance from his family and the heavy media scrutiny were rather challenging, he stayed sure that the truth will finally surface. "I know I didn't do anything wrong, and I believe justice will prevail," Kundra said, so showing his faith in the court system.

The businessman also considered the long-lasting effects the charges have had on his personal and commercial life. His name has suffered greatly, and he admitted that the respect he formerly received might not come back. Kundra underlined, nevertheless, that he will keep advocating justice. "I have to keep fighting; the respect we lost will never return." he stated. "I hope the truth will lastingly surface and justice will be done."

The case of Kundra has attracted a lot of interest not just for the gravity of the allegations but also because of the public profile of the businessman, who is wed to actress Shilpa Shetty. His detention and the following media attention spurred a discussion on the limits separating criminal behaviour from legal services from adult content. Kundra is resolved to clear his identity and rebuild his reputation notwithstanding legal obstacles.

Kundra's comment signals a turning point in the case as his legal struggle is still in progress. He is adamant that the charges against him are untrue and that no proof supports the allegations. Though it remains to be seen if his attempts to cleanse his name would be successful, Kundra is dedicated for now to demonstrating his innocence and pursuing justice.
